I began my journey into lice education after volunteering in my child's classroom, where I discovered our school permitted students with live lice to attend. Parents weren't told, and that led to confusion, embarrassment and misinformation.
So I trained with The Shepherd Institute to become a dedicated advocate for families dealing with head lice. Every appointment is my chance to deliver top-notch results, one lice-free head at a time.

Itching is an allergic reaction to lice saliva. On a first infestation it can take 4–6 weeks to appear, so someone can have lice without itching at all. That's why we encourage every family member to be checked.
It's based on hair length. Short hair (above the earlobes) is $90, and longer hair (below the earlobes) is $165. Both include two follow-up appointments.
No. You must be clear of head lice to sign up, so you can't join when you need a treatment. Once you're lice-free, the membership helps you stay that way.
Follow the 4 keys: comb weekly with a metal nit comb, keep long hair up in buns or braids, use mint spray daily to repel lice, and tell anyone who may have been exposed.
